Megan is all about the princesses right now...and Mary Poppins, of course! We hung out at "The Land" a little today and Megan was only interested in seeing the girls. For those of you who haven't been to Disneyland in a while, there is a Princess Faire where all the princesses hang out and there is a HUGE line to meet them, etc... Three of them are there at a time and the trick is to figure out which three and who's going to switch out and when! It's truly a science! I'm just glad we live here and don't have to stress about seeing the chosen one before flying home. Anyway, they also have make-up artists doing fancy (expensive) face painting, and a Coronation Ceremony and storytime. It's cute, and explains why all these little girls are running around Disneyland wearing their princess dresses! So, we just have two more girls left to see...hopefully if the stars are aligned right next time, Aurora and Snow White will be signing autographs! **Incidentally, David was shocked and dismayed that he wasn't given credit for the Mary Poppins picture which he actually took on Friday. Apparently, Disney/ABC were filming for the Christmas special and they inadvertently ran into Mary Poppins and Bert on the carousel along with a little group playing "Let's go fly a Kite." At one point Mary was on her way somewhere when she stopped to take a picture with Megan...so sweet!
